Pricing questions
Is the visualizer still free?
Yes. All 9 core styles, 1080p, vertical and square exports, WebM and MP4 stay free, with no account. Free videos carry a small watermark. You only pay to remove it, and for premium styles and 4K, and an account comes up only when you choose one of those.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the extras on an export. Removing the watermark costs 1 credit, a premium style costs 1 (and is never watermarked), and 4K costs 2, or 3 with a premium style. Core styles at 1080p or below stay free with the watermark. The price is on the Export button before you press it, you're charged only when the file is ready, and a failed recording costs nothing. Pro covers premium styles and watermark removal at 1080p without credits.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits are valid for 12 months. Monthly Pro credits renew each month and unused ones expire at the end of the period. Yearly Pro grants its credits for the whole year.
Should I buy a pack or go Pro?
Buy a pack if you export premium videos now and then. Choose Pro if you make something most weeks: each credit costs less and all 23 premium styles are included.
Is my audio uploaded when I pay?
No. Rendering and recording still happen in your browser. Your account only tracks your credits and plan.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time from Settings, Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you bought within the last 14 days and haven't used any of the credits, email support@audiovisualize.com for a full refund. If a paid export came out broken, email us and we'll put it right.
