By using audiovisualize.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
audiovisualize.com is a browser-based audio visualizer. The core features are free. Premium styles and 4K export are paid for with credits or a Pro plan. The Service runs on your own device: audio you load is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to us, except when you choose Analyze song (see "Analyze song" below). We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time.
You keep all rights to the audio, images and other material you load into the Service. Because processing happens on your device, we don't receive that material, and we claim no license to it. The one exception is Analyze song: when you use it, you allow us, and the providers who work for us, to process the audio copy and lyrics you send, only to time the lyrics and return the result to you.
You are responsible for having the rights to the music and images you use. A visualizer video still contains the original audio, so publishing it requires the same permissions as publishing the song itself. Platforms such as YouTube may match it with their copyright systems.
Videos and images you export with the Service are yours. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial and monetized use, without attribution. Free video exports carry a small watermark, which you can remove with credits or a Pro plan. The built-in demo tracks are generated by the Service and may be used in your exports freely.
Credits pay for premium exports and for Analyze song. Prices and what each export costs are shown on the pricing page. You're charged for an export only when the file is ready, so a failed recording costs nothing. Credit packs are valid for 12 months. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Analyze song reads the singing in a song you load and times your lyrics to it. It is optional, needs an account, and costs the number of credits shown on its card, which are taken when you start it. If the job fails, is cancelled, or finds no singing in the song, the credits are returned to you automatically. The timing is produced automatically and can be wrong, so check the lines it marks for review; we don't guarantee that it is accurate. Only send music you have the right to use. What is sent and how long it is kept is described in the privacy policy.
Pro renews automatically each month or year at the price you signed up for, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, Billing, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each period.
If you bought credits or a plan within the last 14 days and haven't used any of its credits, email support@audiovisualize.com for a full refund. If a paid export came out broken, email us and we'll put it right. Nothing here limits any rights you have under your local consumer law.
Don't use the Service to break the law, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to interfere with the Service or the people who use it. Don't attempt to overload, probe or disrupt our servers, or to get around payment for paid features. We may close accounts that do.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Results depend on your browser, device and graphics hardware, and we don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports will work in every browser or editor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, audiovisualize.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
